Local Patent and Trademark attorney, George Grigel, who is a shareholder in the Spokane law firm Wells St. John P.S., will cover many legal issues of concern to the creative marketing and public relations professional. George will speak to the often confusing issues surrounding domestic and foreign trademark registration, trade dress, and copyright law matters. Further, he will speak about related employment, and contractual law issues which are impacted by each of these areas of the law. A comprehensive hand-out will be provided during the program for your later reference.
