Caitlin Clapp was the BEST intern I have had to date. She was professional, organized, thoughtful and very productive. She is a self-directed individual who was able to come in and do the work… easily, and once coached, with little direction. Caitlin was very good at jumping in and working with the sometimes frenetic pace. She was able to merge easily with all levels of the organization and to work well with all players.
Shriners Hospital for Children-Spokane is not allowed to pay interns, and so we don’t always have the top students. The paid internship allowed me to have one of the best, and as a result, the experience was very productive for both of us. We accomplished so much as a team.
The students bring a fresh eye to all and they remind me of my education. That just makes my PR program better as I am reminded of the basics.
